When we saw our neighbours getting their new inserts installed, we asked who was doing them. Randy was there and came... right over to explain the process. He gave us a flyer that showed some choices, and we decided that afternoon, which was a Sunday. We gave him a call and had our inserts done on Thursday morning. Randal came and estimated our glass. He ordered it and within a week he was calling to set an appointment to install.... He kept to his original quote , he was extremely pleasant and did a quality install job. Very happy with his workmanship and product. I highly recommend over spending thousands of dollars on a complete door system when inserts can make a dramatic change to most existing door systems.read more

If i could give Randal 10 stars I would. This guy is the real deal. I sent him numerous emails and answered each one... of them within minutes. He came to measure the door last week and within the following week he came to install. I love love love the finished product. Randy is very professional and so easy to talk to. He's efficient and hard working. He even cleans up afterwards. I don't normally post reviews but I had to for Randal.
